TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that all students deserve differentiated instruction, a role model for critical thinking, and a safe brave space for failure and growth. I want my students to be able to access academic and personal opportunities through language development, communication being pertinent to their futures. Empathy practice will be integrated within social, emotional, and civic learning while creating an inclusive and partcipatory culture for all of us.

SELF-REFLECT
Do I collaborate with students when they're struggling?
Do my students feel worthy and see that I believe in their academic abilities?
Do my students feel culturally safe and able to express themselves?
Are my students able to take risks and ask questions in my class?
